Pale ruby color, clean and bright. High aromatic intensity, good character of red and toasted fruits, vanilla and cocoa. Fine and elegant wine, very round; with flavors of red fruits and smoke. / Service temperature: 14 ℃ - 16 ℃
Production Notes
Our harvest and selection process are done manually, respecting the quality of the grapes.
We destem the fruit and then do pre- fermentation cold maceration and then ferment in French oak foudres at an average controlled temperature of 20°C and 22°C for 20 to 25 days. We carry out malolactic fermentation in new French oak barrels and age our wine in foudres for 12 months, bottle, rest in cava before being able to go on the market.
