The Story:
Casa Vegil its an estate with more than 15 ha of vineyards dedicated exclusively to the production of whites & sparkling wines in the center of Mexico.
Since 2015 we begin increasin our domain only with
Chardonnay and Pinot Noir as our top grape varieties.
As Bajio Region have the privilege, we count with an
extraordinary micro-climate that benefits the perfect ripe in our grapes for create wines with
excellent acidity and excepcional balance. We decide to make only the best of the region, so we focus in quality whites and really complex sparklings that
match perfectly with our Mexican food. For Casa Vegil, its a privilege to express the histories that are
permanent inspiration of the work that we made day by day in the search of putting Mexico on the top, the place where our country deserves to be.
