Tasting Notes
High color layer with intense red tone. High intensity, where the aromas of currant, raspberry, blueberry, white flowers and smoke stand out. Very structured, round, silky and long wine, where the well-integrated fruit and smoky flavours stand out. / Service temperature: 15 ℃ - 17 ℃
Production Notes
The harvest and selection of bunches is carried out manually, ensuring the quality of the grapes.
We destem the grapes and they go to French oak foudres, where they undergo a pre- fermentation maceration in cold for 4 days, then alcoholic and malolactic fermentation.
Once fermentation is finished, the wine spends 18 months aging in new French oak barrels.
Once the wine has been bottled, it rests in the bottle until it reaches its fullness and is released to the market.
