Intense and deep purple robe with violet rim. Has an expressive nose of fruit notes like black berry, black cherry, dry fig and hints of rose petals, hibiscus, with a touch of tobacco, thyme, and clove.

Cold pre-fermentative maceration for color intensity and primary aromas extraction, Fermented in stainless steel tanks at low temperatures to preserve its aromatic fineness and the terroir expression, subsequently aged in French Oak.
